NEW YORK – January 25, 2010 – Homeowners Vicki and Mark Teed of Swartz Creek, Michigan, have grown tired of their current master bath and are looking for something more contemporary. In a new episode of DIY Network’s Renovation Realities, Mark believes he can deliver on Vicki’s dream of a completely updated and welcoming master bath, but he hasn’t counted on Vicki’s desire to help. A mechanical engineer by trade, Mark is well-versed in do-it-yourself renovation projects, but Vicki doesn’t have any home improvement experience. From demoing walls that were meant to be spared to breaking every tool, tile and toaster she touches, Vicki just can’t seem to catch a break. Therefore, neither can Mark. With the project just over half complete and no vacation time left for either of them, will they decide to call the renovation to a halt or will Mark rally without Vicki’s help to get the bathroom done?
